Third Sector Organisations (TSOs) provide a vital interface between the community and local government and are therefore a key part of their "engagement" strategies. The role of the Third Sector in local areas is now well recognised and many infrastructure organisations and initiatives are focused on building the capacity of TSOs to increase their impact.
