Overview

 GDS has developed an interactive offering for statutory bodies and Third Sector infrastructure organisations that wish to go beyond the GDS Directories and Reports. The Locality Intelligence Service (LIS) provides subscribers with 24/7 web access to the GDS Third Sector database for a specific locality.
The database is continuously updated with the latest Third Sector information.
The LIS is designed for local authorities, Primary Care Trusts and other local and regional statutory bodies such as regional development agencies and other local bodies that support local communities such as volunteer bureaus, councils of voluntary service and regional networks.
